What You'll Do: 

  • The Business Center is a fast-paced position taking inbound calls from our non-advertising and advertising Service Professionals
  • Answer our Pro’s requests or inquiries which can range from a variety of topics. Assist with but not limited to; account changes, billing inquiries, complaints, website assistance, and retention while maintaining documentation on all calls
  • Act as point of contact for new Service Providers looking to set-up accounts.
  • Responds to emails from Service Providers and ensures customer service levels are met
  • Team members help support our Sales teams by providing quality leads to increase revenue for the company. Act as point of contact to build the value of Angi and submit leads to the Sales department for eligible non-advertising Service Providers
  • ​Increase service provider confidence and participation in Angi programs through strong communication and EQ
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Listen effectively to identify the reason for the call and quickly provide a solution. ​Resolve problems, answers questions, and responds to customers in a professional manner
  • Educates Service Providers on efficient utilization of Angi account and profile.
  • Provide support to fellow Business Customer Care Representatives.

 

What We're Looking For:  

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Background check required
  • Comfort with high volume of inbound calls each day
  • Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly. Ability to have tough conversations, handle objections and utilize strong problem-solving skills. The position requires that you are able to work in an environment that is unpredictable and fast paced.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • A growth mindset- you crave coaching and feedback and are able to implement as necessary
  • You’re an empathetic listener and you can communicate extremely clearly & concisely both verbally and in written forms.
  • You have a strong desire to succeed and grow
  • Positive, professional, and high-energy attitude with a strong ability to multi-task   
  • Strong computer skills required, particularly with internet and applications – ie. Gmail, CRM’s, Google Suite. Ability to type 45 WPM minimum
  • Hear and talk on a phone head set for up to 8 hours per day
  • Hardline and high-speed internet connection
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
