Business Continuity & Crisis Management Manager

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Global Business Continuity & Crisis Management, you will provides leadership, strategic direction, and management of the Business Continuity Program supporting global markets and business lines. You will manage the Business Continuity Program, identifying critical business processes, prioritizing the associated risk, and developing planning and preparedness strategies to mitigate the risk to the business resulting in minimal operational disruptions. You will work remote.

Your Impact

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Program in applicable markets.
• Facilitate training, exercising, and testing.
• Coordinate with the local incident/crisis teams to develop appropriate Incident Management, Crisis Management and other associated plans.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Global BC Programs (automated notification, BC Software, other items).
• Work with Senior Leadership to engage them in the principles of incident and crisis management, maintaining awareness and ensuring a coordinated ability to respond.
• You will to occasionally work flexible hours for incident response activities, global market support, and global team meetings.

What You Bring

• Certification in Business Continuity, Emergency Management with an accredited institution (DRI, BCI)
• Bachelor's degree or or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to be on-call to ensure a timely response to any event.
• 5+ years of experience using business continuity software (ex: CLDigital).
• 3+ years of experience in BC issues related to Online Retail, Broadcasting, or IT.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
