We have rescued thousands of businesses and communities experiencing a business interruption from catastrophic natural disasters to individual events such as a burst pipe or vandalism. We spend our days working to "do good" and bring hope to organizations that are in the midst of a struggle.
We are looking for a Business Continuity Consultant to provide emergency management, business continuity, and disaster recovery consulting and guidance to our customers. The Business Continuity Consultant will be accountable for working with accounts to meet their goals and objectives with Agility's multiple platforms and services. This role will report directly to the Manager, Global Solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management reviews/audits and develop Plans.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments.
  • Develop Business Continuity frameworks/strategies.
  • Build/facilitate/coordinate scenario-based team tasks, Tabletop Exercises, and provide after action reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate client maintenance programs.
  • Provide customers with general Emergency Management, Risk Management, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery advice and assistance.
  • Develop/deliver Business Continuity and Crisis Management training programs.
  • Take in new accounts for onboarding and understand the goals and objectives of the accounts in order to orchestrate a successful onboarding that supports those goals.
  • Conduct the onboarding milestones for accounts in an efficient manner that meets timeline expectations and delivers a good experience to customers.
  • Communicate with other internal team members to resolve issues and ensure they are informed of the status of accounts.
  • Advocate for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments to improve processes and product offerings.
  • Act with a sense of urgency in solving issues for new customers and ensure that escalations are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of software products and services.
  • Partner with the Product team during new releases to ensure you have a strong working knowledge of the platform and can articulate those offerings to your customers.
  • Provide expertise on internal projects such as new employee trainings, marketing initiatives, etc.
  • Travel required up to 20%.

Qualification Requirements:
  • BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years in the Emergency Management/Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery field or relevant education.
  • CBCP, CEM, MEPP, CISA, CISM, CISSP certifications a plus.
  • Demonstrates business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Having a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of web-based applications and CRM's.
  • Comfort with Online Conferencing.
