POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business, Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to help drive client value. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we would love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and insights; utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
• Data Cleansing and Preparation: Clean and preprocess data for analysis while ensuring accuracy and completeness; collaborate with BI teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports for stakeholders; present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business Requirements: Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and requirements; translate business questions into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BI, Client Success, Product, Professional Services and Sales to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven, progressive experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience communicating cross-functionally to internal and external partners
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with process modeling and documentation
