About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the data team scale and grow. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our business operations by assisting with data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. 
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making. 
• Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools. 
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution. 
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. 
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools. 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required to support business objectives. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 - 3+ years of total experience in a growth SaaS company. 
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. 
• Experience in Snowflake, advanced SQL and Tableau 
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using SQL. 
• Ability to improve internal reporting and self-service dashboarding tools. 
• Strong Team player 
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills. 

Nice to haves 

• Funnel.io, Vitally (Or any customer success software), Amplitude, Dbt 
• Experience working with Sales and marketing/product teams 
• Experience with Jira 
• Experience with PLG sales motion
