Who will you work with:

Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new technologies and elevate the strategies that inspire future innovations! The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and outstanding technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our SEC Business Deployment Lead, you will work with the Sr Director of SEC Deployment and will support and help manage all aspects of the planning, coordination and delivery of Business Deployment for the impacted Business Teams. As part of that work, you will work closely with the SEC Business Deployment Director, SEC Business Lead, SEC Functional leads and GEO Business leads to ensure the work, timelines and deliverables stay on track. You'll also work closely with the SEC Tech Deployment Director and Lead to ensure Business and Tech teams are in "lock step"!

What you will work on:
  • Support the creation of strategies to ensure successful coordination and planning of Business Deployment activities focused on adjustments to Business Calendars to accommodate the implementation of the new S/4 Fashion Solution
  • Help drive and coordinate all Business Cutover plan components, ensuring all Business Ramp-down activities are planned and documented. Coordinate changes to security and batch Ramp-down across the impacted systems landscapes to align with Business Activity Freezes and Ramp-down activities in preparation for Cutover.
  • Support and lead the creation of a Pilot-activities plan after Launch and support the Business functions in building the complete set of Ramp-up plans on the new S/4 Fashion solution.
  • Supporting all Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsals and Cutover Plan execution in close collaboration with the Tech Deployment and Data Conversion teams across all in-scope systems.
  • Understand the impacts of all Geography/local Tech solutions and coordinate with Geography and Territory Tech teams to ensure all Business Deployments impacts are properly captured in planning and execution activities.
  • Hands-on leadership and coordination when driving Conversion, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover, being the Business Deployment voice in the room, in person or virtually, the teams will listen to and support.
  • Be the voice of SEC Deployment when working across SEC and Business and Tech as needed.
  • Help coordinate and collaborate with our SI partner Accenture on all Business work you're doing impacting Deployment.

What you bring to Nike:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 5 years relevant experience; 2 years in a management role
  • ERP Implementation experience with multi-functional insights gained through project/program participation - SAP Experience strongly preferred
  • A good understanding and practical application of standard release process(s) and agile methodologies
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to a wide range of collaborators including functional management, senior program leadership, and technical teams
  • Experience as a leader on hard-working, multi-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with leaders and multi-functional partners to deliver key critical initiatives.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others, negotiate during situational conflict, and establish the best forward path in the face of competing points of view.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
