Summary:

CHS is seeking a strong leader who will confirm, validate, and test the design of the business processes that will impact the success of the supply chain operations at CHS. Also, this individual will partner with cross functional leaders to evaluate how their design impacts key integration points of the operating model. Reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Systems Support, Project Management, and the ERP Implementation teams to, validate technical specs, pull data extracts, configuration builds, testing, training and implementing the ERP solution to CHS facilities
  • Integrate multiple systems, reconciling the needs of different functional teams and possessing the ability to communicate with stakeholders the status of the project
  • Help documents business processes and policies. Along with validating the design and creating of the training material
  • Work with a team to help define mitigation and prioritization strategies for issues in designing and implementing the ERP model
  • Use existing experience in project management, supply chain operations, finance, and analytics and apply them in improving the performance of supply chain ERP design and implementation
  • Solid writing skills and communication skills to present to CHS leadership
  • Build relationships and demonstrate effective interpersonal behaviors across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or similar process related field
  • Preferred Education: Master Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or similar process related field
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum three (2) year of experience working with a Supply Chain Healthcare ERP system (preferably Oracle in one or more of these key disciplines - Procurement and Requisitioning, Strategic Source and Vendor and Contract Management, Item Master and Inventory Control)
    • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle's Supply Chain Healthcare ERP System
    • Experience with working and understanding the integrations of an EHR Application (e.g. Cerner, EPIC)
  • Required License/Registration/Certification: None
  • Computer Skills Required:
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • Familiarity with ERP system
