The ideal candidate is a highly motivated creative thinker and problem solver who is comfortable navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and speaking to multiple decision-makers.

As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue by leading and managing the sales process to convert prospects into qualified meetings and customers and selling across all Baesman products and services. You will work both independently and within a team environment to both understand and action selling strategies. Office space in our Hilliard, Ohio headquarters will be provided, but working remotely or from home will also be considered.

Requirements

  • You have 2 yrs+ experience in sales or sales development with the ability to meet or exceed your annual sales goal
  • Lead all sales presentations with regard to messaging, people involved, and appropriate props and samples
  • Master delivery of presenting all of Baesman's products and services and stay current
  • Enter all information into the CRM platform, execute on ABM journey's as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Manage your pipeline list of targets to execute the correct number of weekly touches
  • Plan, execute and attend planned conferences
  • Attend trade shows and conferences as needed; execute aggressive post show follow up with prospects
  • Work closely with Marketing to nurture leads with personalized, relevant communications and content
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the prospects
  • Comfort with ambiguity and are solutions-oriented
  • An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions and messages when faced with ambiguity
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Follow the written sales process (activities and cadence) on all leads or opportunities
  • Execute the number of weekly touches as directed by the Sales Manager

Qualifications:
  • You LOVE talking to prospects; Always interested in digging deeper and learning more
  • You are a phenomenally strong communicator and relatable
  • You can put yourself in others' shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
  • You're hardworking and goal-oriented
  • You're strong technically and are comfortable using Teams, Powerpoint and Hubspot experience is a plus
