Business Development Associate (French) - Hybrid

The position: As a Bilingual Business Development Associate with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience, you will proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients, participate in sales and marketing projects, field incoming calls and inquiries, and troubleshoot problems for customers. Bus Dev Associates enjoy learning and development opportunities in a career path to Sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
• Advanced fluency in English and French (written and oral) required

Compensation: Non-Exempt Base Pay: $33.66 per hour, paid bi-weekly ($70,000 annually for full-time employees) with opportunity to earn $5,000 - $11,000 annual target incentives. Total annual potential compensation $75,000 - $81,000. As non-exempt employee, you are entitled to overtime pay for working more than 40 hours in a work week.

ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.
