Business Development Associate - French speaker

At OPIS a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CEO)we are seeking a 'hungry for success' Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector.

Youll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities research target companies and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. Youll play a key role in introducing OPIS services understanding client needs and supporting long-term partnerships. This is a fully home based/remote role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.

• Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers.

• Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts.

• Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.

• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.

What were looking for:

• High school diploma or a degree

• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (BDR SDR recruitment etc.).

• Fluent/native French and English with strong communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

• Proactive team-oriented and results-driven mindset.

• Eagerness to grow.
