Overview
If you're are a real go-getter, looking for a new challenge, enjoy providing great customer service/satisfaction, and potentially grow your career to Inside Sales or Associate Sales RepresentativeCome join a brand-new team, partnering with Inside Sales on leads qualifications/development of new sales opportunities.
Primary focus on lead qualification/development of new sales opportunities.
With a clearly defined/aligned approach, responsible for delivering account insights/building high quality
pipeline via inbound responses generated from marketing activity.
Once engaged with a prospect, identify customer business issues aligned to budget, authority, needs and timing (BANT) criteria and pass qualified leads to Virtual or Field Sellers for progression and closing.
What you will be doing at Baxter
- Screen/qualify marketing-generated inquiries, developing into marketing qualified leads that come to Baxter through a variety of sources, including events, product trials, 3rd party agency leads, Web form submissions, and digital Marketing campaigns.
- Qualifying leads to a very high standard according to defined criteria (e.g., BANT and CRA)
- Maintain up-to-date offering knowledge; through continuous personal/professional development, become a subject matter expert/influencer and trusted advisor for clients.
- Always putting the customer first, being prepared to tackle challenges, solve problems, and work with your cross-functional team of subject matter experts to meet or exceed objectives and goals.
- Utilize business intelligence and sales analysis tools and reports to manage/maximize opportunity development.

Education/Experience:
High School degree required; 2-year degree preferred
We have a great training program in the areas cited below, which will heighten your skills
and opportunities for success!
Experience working with CRM-tools & MS-Office preferred
Experience in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques and with digital working methods
preferred
Experience in sales prospecting /cold calling preferred
Sales development experience within medical product/services preferred
