BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - What You'll Be Doing

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in the market. Develop and execute effective strategies to engage potential clients and close sales. Utilize your hunter mindset to generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and convert opportunities into new business.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of Performance Marketing concepts, techniques, and industry trends. Articulate the value proposition of our Performance Marketing services to potential clients and showcase how our solutions can drive measurable results and ROI for their businesses.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations. Understand their business needs, marketing goals, and pain points to effectively position our services and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and consult with clients on the best strategies to achieve their performance marketing objectives.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and analytics, to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' specific performance marketing requirements. Customize proposals, presentations, and pitches to address client needs and showcase the unique value our services bring to their business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and effectively manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle. Track and report on sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools. Continuously update and refine sales strategies and tactics based on market feedback and competitive insights.
  • Industry Networking: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the Performance Marketing space. Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build relationships, identify new business prospects, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - About You

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a focus on selling Performance Marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing concepts, including pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), affiliate marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from mid-level managers to C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a hunter mentality to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to understand client challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
