This is a remote opportunity in the US with a preference for our office locations in Seattle, Denver, and Los Angeles.

Summary / Objective
The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner program that will accelerate the growth of our SaaS platform and technology offerings. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing strategic partnership that can help us achieve our business goals.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that align with the company's overall growth goals.
- Manage existing partner relationships and ensure that they are meeting their commitments.
- Proactively identify the most innovative ways and sourcing methods to Identify, qualify, and recruit new partners that can help us reach our revenue targets.
- Develop OKRs for individual and partner performance, establish joint growth targets, and measure against. Prepare internal updates for exec leadership.
- Track and measure the performance of our partners and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize data insights to develop new growth strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure Salesforce, google workspace, asana, and other tools or resources are updated accurately and by given deadlines.
- Model Identity Digital values when representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 7-10 years of experience in partner management in the SaaS industry. Or combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partner programs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experienced presenting to customers (internal and external) and senior leadership, synthesizing complex campaigns into actionable insights and strategy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $190,500, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US Employees (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, employees are able to enroll in the company's matching 401(k) retirement plan. Employees will also annually receive 20 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 8 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also have the opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement for qualifying tuition and education-related expenses.
