Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will focus on building relationships with prospects and converting them into clients. Candidates should be comfortable opening doors with key stakeholders within large enterprise-level organizations.

• Develop qualified leads independently through market research into target clients.

• Obtain direct contact and nurture relationships with decision-makers at Sr. Director level and above within enterprise organizations

• Work closely with the marketing team to create custom prospect campaigns

• Leverage internal CRM, HubSpot, to create and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

• Work with clients to understand their buying process and timeline and successfully manage the process

• Experience aligning multiple stakeholders through the buying journey, developing trust in our delivery methodology

• Working closely with our Delivery organization to develop, create and execute strategic account plans

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the IT industry

• Experience cultivating meaningful relationships with Sr. Directors through C-Level executives through conventional and creative mediums in the St. Louis area (phone, email, social media, local associations, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm.

• Desire to work both independently and as an active member of a team.

• Strong computer skills, including Google Suite for Business experience.
