Business Development Representative 

Exiger is a high-growth risk intelligence and technology company helping governments and companies surface and mitigate their supply chain, customer and vendor risk exposures which, undetected, present critical threats to the safety and well-being of their most valuable assets.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate for our Business Development Representative role.  This role involves generating leads, conducting research, reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with sales team to close deals. The BDR is also responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies for business growth, tracking and reporting progress, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver and exceed targets/other KPIs
• Maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive customer experience
• Drive sales discipline including performance & pipeline reporting through team meetings, 1:1's, and performance management process
• Execute against our Global sales strategy by working closely with other business leaders
• Work with other internal teams such as Marketing, Account Management, New Logo Sales, Product, and Engineering, to optimize sales process efficiencies.

What you have:

• Proven track record of quota outperformance within a technology and/or professional services organization
• A minimum of 3-7 years’ work experience within appointment setting and/or lead generation
• A history of working effectively within sales & marketing team

This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
