Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. This position will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer sales account management matters and owns a quota.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Responsible for working as a member of the Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.


Requirements

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Established business development and selling skills, demonstrable through previous success and meeting assigned quota.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience
