Business Development Leader of LATAM

Our Company: ISN was established in 2001 and is a global leader in contractor and supplier management. We work closely with a variety of household-name clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East to connect them with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers and incorporate a level of due diligence in the contractor management process.
ISN is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Leader for the Latin America region, who has demonstrated success in building a team and meeting targets, and holds an extensive network of contacts in the region. As the leader of ISN Latin America, this individual will have the opportunity to take ownership for the growth of the LATAM market through gaining and retaining customers, bringing forth ideas for continuous improvement and providing feedback on proposed functionality, updates and changes. The individual will be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.
Location: Mexico City or Dallas, TX with view to relocate on assignment or permanently to Mexico City (up to 50% travel across LATAM and to Dallas, TX)
Job Duties:
- Manage business operations in satellite office (Mexico City)
- Execute the development, planning and implementation of sales and growth strategies
- Identify prospective customers and acquire new business
- Stay informed of industry and competitive activities, initiatives and trends that could impact business
- Attend face to face meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Plan the implementation of solutions and educate staff regarding changes
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team; responsible for the team achieving business objectives
- Administer company policies
- Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for further consulting work
- Make recommendations on hiring and terminations
- Review and direct team members work, performance scores, compensation and promotions
- Working knowledge and understanding of the vertical industry and best practices used with respect to contractor management HSE and Procurement processes
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Prior sales management experience within the LATAM region
- Bilingual English & Spanish- with cultural ties and/or understanding of doing business in Mexico
- Prior people leadership experience, with demonstrated success growing and developing a team
- Ability and confidence to make recommendations to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills and Experience:Â
- B2B or B2C experience within target client industries (Oil & Gas, Steel, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing) OR in service industries (SaaS)
- Prior experience living in or delivering business in Mexico
- Holds existing relationships at leadership levels with companies in Mexico

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.Â
In office attendance is required at a minimum of 3 days per week. Most team members are in-office 4-5 days per week.
