Objectives of this Role:
- Develops and implements a strategic plan for occupational health to expand access and meet the growth objectives of the enterprise in collaboration with other employer services.
- Generate, develop, and qualify potential growth opportunities within an established customer base of clients through various prospecting activities, stewardship meetings and strategizing with key stakeholders to align with business goals.
- Build relationships internally with clinical teams, providers and regional medical directors in each health center
- Plan and conduct targeted sales presentations according to audience/client needs
- Serves customers by selling products, building positive customer relationships, and meeting customer needs.
- Develop and prioritize most profitable sales channels
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as periodic call reports, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses including, opportunities, leads, sales, competition, and changing government regulations.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Draft compelling business proposals to grow new business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on full scope of operations and services
- Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact in a positive manner
- Continually update CRM, prepare ad hoc reports for sales management as requested maintain expense account
- Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up after receiving leads with complete profile of client information, including calls-to-action, sources, and dates
- Create and perform professional, effective, face-to-face sales presentations to match services with identified client needs
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives
- Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, providing feedback and suggestions to management
- Participate in targeted customer entertainment activities, sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed
Qualifications:
- A polished appearance and professional manor
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Proven track record in a combination of leadership, planning, operations, program development and change management is required.
- Methodical and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent team working and relationship building skills with internal and external customers.
- Ability to absorb and retain product information related to Novir
- Capable of using own initiative.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Capable of remaining calm and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline is required.
