This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive growth in the iGaming outsourcing sector by leveraging your industry knowledge, network, and sales expertise. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, connecting with casino operators, studios, and platform partners to identify business opportunities. Working closely with internal production and presales teams, you will craft tailored proposals and deliver solutions that meet client needs while expanding market presence. This position provides autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to make measurable contributions in a collaborative, remote environment. Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities within the iGaming outsourcing sector from first contact to deal closure
- Generate new business using existing networks and company lead sources
- Engage with clients to understand project scope, requirements, and business objectives
- Collaborate with production and presales teams to prepare tailored proposals for casino and gaming projects
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Represent the company in client calls, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with studios, platforms, and operators in the iGaming industry
- 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within iGaming or gambling outsourcing
- Strong understanding of the online casino market, including slots, instant-win, crash games, and production pipelines
- Established network and connections within the gambling/iGaming industry
- Experience working with international clients and managing cross-border deals
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams
