 The roleAspire is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, Agency Services to join our Sales Team. This role is responsible for partnering with our agency services team to own and drive new logo acquisition for Aspire’s Agency Services. This role will support the sales & services teams at large and be based remotely. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and confident in pitching net new brands strategies from a variety of different industries.Â
 What you'll be doing- Act as Agency Services expert and key point of contact for all new business & prospects.
- Lead new business opportunities by partnering with our sales & services team on proposals, building relationships, and developing pitch concepts.
- Partner with Agency Services leadership to help evolve the agency’s influencer and social offerings, as well as assist in developing team members to ensure our team’s capabilities align with industry trends and standards.Â
- Collaborate and lead proposals, staffing plans and timelines for client projects and new business prospects.
- Be well versed in how an influencer program is run end-to-end, including client briefing process, influencer identification and negotiations, activation, content approvals, managing paid boosting, reporting and analytics
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, account management, and the SDR organization to provide and gather insights on customer requirements and to develop messaging surrounding the market.
- Keeps relevant stakeholders informed on the new business pipeline and ensures that information is properly filtered across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate on internal strategic initiatives & reports that impact new logo acquisition as well as retention/renewal for key enterprise clients.
- Maintains & nurtures key relationships during POC client stage in order to convert into ARR. (KPI - POC conversion rate)
- 5+ years of experience including sales/pipeline development selling agency services and/or influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and/or social media marketing. Agency experience and work with enterprise clients is preferred.
- You’re an analytical problem solver. Your decisions are informed by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize sales strategies.
- You’re inquisitive and innovative. You bring a “test and learn” mentality to the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrated experience maintaining client interactions on a daily basis and helping the account team grow the business

Our compensation philosophy: we use a market-based approach to compensation. This means we use a series of compensation tools to help us understand how companies value this role in the U.S. market based on function, level, geographic location, and positions benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise, determine final offer amounts and may vary from the amounts listed above. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards.
The salary for this role is between USD $170,000 - $190,000 OTE.Â
