JOB DESCRIPTION, ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES POSITION SUMMARY
  • Years of experience with pure hunting experience selling at Director and VP level.
  • Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST.
  • Hybrid responsibilities both as a Hunter and Account Management
  • As a sales hunter responsibility will be to pursue new logo opening through diligent prospecting and extensive networking efforts within professional network, industry, partners and the company
  • In Account Management role, individual will be responsible to:
  • Scale existing accounts using creative mining skills while proactively identifying roadblocks, obstacles to increasing business
  • Create Business Risk and contingency planning for existing Business
  • Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions - Leveraging eInfochips different Technology offerings
  • Work closely and collaboratively with DM's to manage the quality and quantity of account activities to build a strong

pipeline
  • Facilitate Monthly, QBR's , Half-Yearly Executive reviews

  • Nurture Senior Leadership relations
  • Develop and continuously evolve an A/C growth plans and strategies
  • Handle Contractual agreements, Engagement models, Financing / Invoicing, sourcing and DSO
  • Use Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals
  • Learn specific Industry sectors and future roadmap
Skill Sets:
  • Experience working in Engineering and R&D services business models and strong familiarity with outsourcing business
  • Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Excellent Client Relationships skills and a passion for technology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good Prospecting, Negotiating, Decision-making and Inter-personal skills
EDUCATION BACKGROUND
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • MBA or advanced degree in related field (desirable)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$106,000.00 - $0.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
