About the Role:
Pulse iD is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our growth efforts in Japan. This role focuses on building relationships with cafes, restaurants, retail stores, gyms, and fashion businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management & Execution
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients in cafes, restaurants, retail, gyms, and fashion sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, secure deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience & Knowledge
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, ideally in marketing solutions, fintech, or a similar field.
- Proven success in prospecting and closing deals with clients in cafes, restaurants, retail, gyms, or fashion sectors.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and merchant ecosystems is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
