This role sits at the forefront of commercial expansion, focused on driving new business growth within the enterprise workplace sector for a leading SaaS solution. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities across mid-market and SMB organisations, building a strong and predictable pipeline. The role combines proactive outbound prospecting with full-cycle deal ownership, requiring strong commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. You will work closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions that support long-term partnerships. Operating in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment, you will play a key role in accelerating market presence and revenue growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a consultative, value-led sales professional.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and SMB customers in the UK market
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression using structured sales methodologies
  • Drive proactive outbound prospecting while also leveraging inbound leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation and closing of complex deals
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes, engaging decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams to build alignment and momentum
  • Develop tailored value propositions and business cases that align solutions with customer needs and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to support pipeline growth and deal execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs, and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and customer-facing engagements
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
    • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline, prospecting, and closing new business in a B2B environment
    • Experience managing full sales cycles, including complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling, value-based solutions
    • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is an advantage
    • Experience in SaaS or technology sales is highly desirable
    • Exposure to B2B digital tools such as LinkedIn or sales engagement platforms is a plus
