You will have the responsibility of building, maintaining and deepening customer relationships with some of the most innovative enterprises of all sizes and explaining the value of the new network APIs for the customer’s business and ultimately working with the enterprise, internal teams and the mobile operator to bring the API to market with the enterprise.

What You Will Bring 

  • Identify potential customers interested in new Advanced Network APIs
  • Work with product, engineering and technical teams and with mobile operators on the enablement of the new, pre-GA APIs
  • You will be selling into Enterprise companies
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our cloud-based applications.
  • Forecast sales activity, pipeline management and revenue achievement using Salesforce.
  • Create satisfied customers. 
  • Support implementation through ongoing and supportive customer contact, ensuring a smooth transition to account management and customer success management post-implementation.

What’s Required For Application

  • 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience managing the sales cycle - from business champion to C-Suite level
  • Technically competent and able to understand new technologies
  • Able to wear multiple hats and have attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to continuously moving scenarios and situations
  • Industry experience is preferred
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-Suite level
  • Previous sales methodology training, Salesforce/CRM experience, and strong customer references 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Able to work collaboratively within different teams and with differing levels of seniority
  • Passionate about delivering excellence  
  • Self-starting and able to self-manage
