This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead business growth initiatives across the APAC region within the gaming and technology sectors. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales, offering the chance to work with globally recognized brands on high-impact creative campaigns. You will take ownership of the full business development cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets related to gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion performance across the APAC market.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and expansion.
- Conduct consultative discussions with prospects to understand business challenges and develop customized solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and events teams to ensure client proposals are consistent, innovative, and commercially effective.
- Improve sales operations by optimizing CRM workflows, lead management processes, and pitch methodologies using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings across local and international markets as required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing roles.
- Previous experience within the gaming or technology industry is mandatory.
- Background in either an in-house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency environment.
- Strong track record of managing sales pipelines and closing business opportunities independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
- High level of fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working across multiple markets and managing regional business opportunities within APAC.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
