About the Job:

As our Business Development Operations Lead, you will be analyzing partner acquisition and pipeline data, including prospects, lead generation, and conversion, to inform business development initiatives for Redesign Health’s Enterprise Growth team. 

In this role, you will be reporting to our Vice President of Portfolio Growth and work cross functionally across our teams including Strategy & Finance, Startup Enablement/Success, and New Business Development.  You will also work closely with our Operating Company (OpCo) CEOs to advise on building strategy, process and  pipeline construction.

This role  has flexibility to be remote or to work from our NYC office, in accordance with Redesign Health’s open work and travel policies.  

What you will do:
  • Design and define metrics to measure the success of Enterprise Growth business development initiatives.
  • Develop reporting packages that effectively communicate data-driven insights to senior leaders across Redesign Health.
  • Collaborate to execute reporting and dashboard solutions for Enterprise Growth business development and operating company pipelines.
  • Conduct and compile market research and portfolio analysis to identify and prioritize strategic partner outreach and portfolio company introductions based on partner profile, priorities and thematic focus areas.
  • Gather insights from operating company pipeline data to refine benchmarking tools, targeted partner acquisition strategies, performance tracking and business development enablement for the portfolio.
  • Manage coordination tools (e.g., CRM, partnerships pipeline) between Redesign Health and our OpCos to align and monitor business development pipelines and metrics
  • Conduct desktop research to identify and prioritize target markets for Redesign Health’s diversified revenue stream offerings
What you will need:
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales/revenue operations, analytics, or a similar role
  • You have experience working in or with enterprise healthcare companies (e.g., digital health, health plan, providers)
  • You have experience integrating information from multiple data sources and producing actionable reporting 
What you will bring to the table:
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the sales funnel and its various stages, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
  • You have proven experience in tracking and analyzing sales metrics such as conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity
  • You are proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot or similar tools
  • You have proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • You have experience benchmarking and performance tracking methodologies
  • You are familiar with marketing automation tools (Pardot) and demand generation strategies
