Business Development, Program Manager
Job Description
Summary / Objective
The Business Development Program Manager is responsible for managing the business development process from start to finish. This includes developing and managing proposals, scheduling and coordinating client meetings, and creating presentations and proposals for client meetings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong design skills.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage business development proposals.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Create presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Track and report on the status of business development initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development initiatives are successful.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $84,500 - $102,500, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate’s qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US Employees (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, employees are able to enroll in the company’s matching 401(k) retirement plan. Employees will also annually receive 20 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 8 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also have the opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement for qualifying tuition and education-related expenses.
