Business Development Project Manager

Job Summary Foxlink is searching for a Business Development Project Manager who is self-motivated, highly driven and a team player. The candidate will be responsible for expanding product portfolio within existing Tier 1 accounts and potentially developing new customers in Consumer Electronics and automotive electronics industry. Responsibilities and Duties • Foster the relationships with key customer counter parts and decision makers. • Retrieve market information and conduct competitive analysis. • Manage day-to-day commercial and supply related tasks from factory or customers. • Handle projects from RFQ stage through mass production, and work with customer/factory to address obsolete material. • Facilitate cross functional teams to devise and execute account strategies and plans. • Review and scrub quotations before release to customers. • Negotiate contracts, such as master agreements, SOW, and settlement with customers. • Monitor MPS, CTB (clear-to-build) and supply plan reports and escalate and coordinate support when there are drastic MPS fluctuations, material shortage, or supply de-commit. • Prepare annual sales plan and achieve the set goals. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in business or related • 3+ years’ experience in sales, supply chain or project management • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong customer focus and attention to details • Excellent communication skills • Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment • Able to travel internationally (20-30%) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Cell phone reimbursement • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • supply chain: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • Chinese (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Cupertino, CA 95014: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
