Business Development Representative

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in direct business development campaigns? We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team and drive our business growth to new heights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute direct business development campaigns, including cold outreach, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
• Nurture and manage relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and achieve common goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in direct business development campaigns, including expertise in cold outreach, partnership establishment, and relationship management.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common business objectives.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. The ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively is crucial for success in this role.
