Spend (full-service money management), Snap! Store (year-round access to spirit wear), Snap! Manage (integrated scheduling, rostering, and registration), Snap! Insights (dashboard for custom financial reporting and fundraising oversight), and Snap! Sponsor (marketplace for local sponsors).
About the Role: Join our team at Snap! Mobile as a Business Development Representative. In this capacity, you’ll primarily focus on efficiently addressing inbound leads from our marketing and partnership channels. Your prompt response to these leads will be essential for success. Concurrently, you’ll also engage in outbound prospecting to unearth new avenues of opportunity, strengthening our market footprint.
Position Type: This role is a Full-Time, Remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Swiftly and effectively handles all inbound leads from marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Engagement: Connect with potential leads across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and SMS.
- Outbound Prospecting: Engage in proactive searching to identify new business opportunities and leads.
- Solution Crafting: Understand the challenges faced by potential clients and propose tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio.
- Client Relations: Develop and sustain meaningful relationships with potential clients, ensuring regular touchpoints.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry shifts, competitor dynamics, and emerging opportunities to steer our business strategies.
- Activity Tracking: Document interactions, lead progress, and sales activities in our CRM platform and periodically share insights with the team.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to maintain a unified approach and messaging.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales or business development roles.
- Articulate communication and adept relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in presentations and negotiations.
- A goal-driven mindset, consistently aiming for or surpassing targets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales utilities is an advantage.
- An inherent motivation complemented by a team-oriented approach.
Compensation: $40K Salary + $25 commission per qualified lead
