Job Summary
The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers and effectively showcasing Simpro's value proposition. Ultimately this position requires a high level of expertise in Simpro products, industry knowledge, and exceptional skills in customer relationship management and sales.Β
Based from our Broomfield CO office and with the assistance of our amazing product and sales training, as the successful candidate you will become responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions through CRM software (Salesforce), and maintaining records.
What You'll Do
- Simpro Product Knowledge: Assisted by our superb training, you will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Simpro's product offerings.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop industry insights to effectively address customer needs and challenges.
- Customer Relationship Management: Create and nurture connections with customers, understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and maintain positive interactions over time.
- Sales Skills: With the help of our ongoing sales training, you will continue to generate a deep understanding of customer needs, handle objections, and persuasively present product benefits.
- Lead Generation: Effectively generate leads to expand the customer base.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Google Suite of products, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Slack etc.Β
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 yearsβ experience in a similar sales and/or lead generation role.
- Experience using software such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Slack, Google Suite etc.Β
- Previous exposure to the trades / field services would be great, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Team player with the capacity to work independently.
Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000, plus Commission
