đ Sales Development at User Interviews
We are seeking a remote full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) whose main goal will be to increase User Interviewsâ new business pipeline across the Mid-Market and Enterprise markets. Developing and building relationships with prospects, via a traditional and non-traditional outreach philosophy will be of utmost importance in growing our pipeline. The role reports to the VP of Sales Development.

đ Responsibilities
⢠Making outbound/business-to-business calls, evangelizing and educating potential customers of the value of User Interviews.
⢠Leveraging LinkedIn, Emails, and other outreach methods to set meetings with prospects.
⢠Follow-up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales.
⢠Qualifying and initiating relationships with new leads
⢠Complete weekly reports and maintain customer records in Salesforce (CRM)
⢠Identify new business opportunities.
⢠Undertaking associated administration tasks as and when required
⢠Achieve sales targets as set by Sales Management Team
⢠Collaborate with Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
⢠Collaborate on daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work.
⢠Run consultative discovery calls that introduce User Interviews to our prospects, gather key information, and produce relevant insights for our Account Executives.
đŻ Minimum Qualifications
⢠1+ years of Sales Development or Sales experience (ideally at a B2B SaaS company, but other customer-facing sales experience is considered)
⢠Loves connecting with people and finds joy in helping them articulate their needsÂ
⢠Technically savvy (experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Slack, and Asana is highly desired)Â
⢠Entrepreneurial, analytical, experimentalÂ
⢠Self-starter, able to work on multiple things at once
⢠Excited about being remoteÂ
⢠Can wrestle clarity from ambiguityÂ
⢠An excellent communicator (written and verbal)Â
⢠Can demonstrate ambition with the desire to succeed
⢠High level of self-motivation
⢠Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals
⢠Can provide successful evidence of working in a target related environment
⢠Think companies should be obsessed with their customers!
⢠Candidates must be authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
