Job Summary
The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers and effectively showcasing Simpro's value proposition. This position requires a high level of expertise in Simpro products, industry knowledge, and exceptional skills in customer relationship management and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions through CRM software (Salesforce), and maintaining records.
What You'll Do
- Simpro Product Knowledge: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Simpro's product offerings.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess advanced industry insights to effectively address customer needs and challenges.
- Customer Relationship Management: Create and nurture connections with customers, understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and maintain positive interactions over time.
- Sales Skills: Generate a deep understanding of customer needs, handle objections, and persuasively present product benefits.
- Lead Generation: Effectively generate leads to expand the customer base.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- IT Skills: Display excellent IT skills and a quick ability to learn a comprehensive software platform.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Google Suite of products, Salesforce, and Gong.
- Experience: Showcase demonstrable experience in a similar sales and/or lead generation role.
- CRM Experience: Proven experience in effectively using a CRM system, such as Salesforce or a similar platform.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000, plus Commission
