InsightRX is seeking a driven, ambitious, collaborative Business Development Representative to assist our commercial development team in scaling our rapidly growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and has ideally worked in the healthcare sector. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a desire to learn and about and improve health outcomes, and an innate ability to act autonomously.

Representative duties will include:

• Performing high-volume cold calling/outreach
• Scheduling demos for Sales Team and Account Executives
• Finding new business targets and developing leads
• Actively participate and contribute in internal sales and marketing meetings
• Working within the InsightRX CRM to track prospect and sales process and delivery
• Developing, monitoring, and maintaining digital campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or Accounting
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Sales experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
