Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 base salary, plus $18,000-$20,000 annual commission target

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities. Researching organizations, starting conversations, creating qualified opportunities, and learning how different verticals operate, you will be instrumental in empowering more businesses to develop an in-depth first-party data strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and pain points.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to execute customized outreach strategies, generating new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up with prospects via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial exploratory conversations with leads to discover their business goals and how our platform can meet their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in Salesforce and other tools to ensure effective reporting.
- Work with internal partners to develop sustainable, high quality, pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed quota on activities such as: generating and following up with leads, consistent outbound messaging, quality meetings leading to opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree with prior internship experience that you feel demonstrates your ability to flourish in a role such as this.
- Strong capacity to articulate value and address common obstacles and pain points.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
