Business Development Representative

Kalibri Labs is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to assist in expanding our customer base. This position will generate potential leads, soliciting potential customers, connecting prospects with the right salesperson, and facilitate sales.Â
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach and help refine sales strategies to draw in new potential customers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn or by responding to inbound inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
- Follow-up on inbound leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
- Create relationships with prospects and existing clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Move leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson to schedule appointments and demos.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not complete a purchase of Kalibri Labs solutions.
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Kalibri Labs product and service offering and be able to articulate the benefits, developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Drive attendance for webinars and industry events, set meetings for sales team at conferences.
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application (Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating proposed solutions to value.
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.Â
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills

- All positions are fully remote.
