Business Development Representative
Job Description
Milyli is looking for a Business Development Representative who is an organized and process-driven individual that will work directly with our Business Development Manager to help maintain the sales and business development efforts. This role is perfect for someone highly motivated, interested in the fascinating world of eDiscovery, and looking to grow their career in a position that reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the CRM and leverage the tool's functionality for greater sales efficiency.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Arrange customer meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Craft and manage email campaigns.
- Create and maintain client databases and mail lists.
- Attend weekly sales meeting with the Business Development Manager and CEO
- Provide effective administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and can maintain multiple process-driven daily tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This is a full-time position.
- You must be able to work in the U.S. legally.
