About

Business Development Representative's role is to ensure that Charles IT is constantly pursuing prospective clients that fall within our TCP; while collaborating with Marketing to ensure we meet our revenue targets annually.

Day to day responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cold leads
• Association Management
  • Attend trade shows as a Charles IT representative
• Responsible for conducting Pre-Sales Assessment
• Input data collections into internal systems
• Provide accurate quoting during agreement phases

Requirements

• Expierance in cold calling
• Account management or service/product sales role
• Excellent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational habits including attention to following processes with detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with a variety of people, both internal and external
