Business Development Representative

As Mixhalo continues to scale, we are looking for a highly driven, enthusiastic business development rep to help us spread the word about Mixhalo Translate. The candidate will support the sales team in driving revenue by identifying leads, scheduling and executing demos, and converting demos to the project proposal stage. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Sales. 

Mixhalo is remote-friendly, but this is a hybrid role with some in-office requirements in our San Francisco, Calif. office. Candidates for this role must be located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source new opportunities through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound efforts to conference and corporate events producers
• Develop a deep understanding of Mixhalo products and their value proposition
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client pain points and requirements
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and enhance client experience
• Stay informed about industry trends, competing products, and emerging opportunities

Skills + Requirements

• Previous inside sales experience in a conference / live event producer space is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred
• A clear and effective communicator in both written and verbal formats
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, self motivated, and self directed
• Startup experience is a plus

Compensation

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000 - $85,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive commissions (estimated OTE $94,000 - $109,000) and equity in the form of stock options.

We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function and level, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, depth of and relevant work experience, location, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
