Business Development Representative

The Role:
We're looking for a Business Development Representative - BDR to join our growing global Inside Sales Team to support growth across our US markets. The role consists of building an active inbound and outbound outreach process, along with marketing support, nurture and drive leads and meetings set for our Senior Sales team.
This role is a fundamental part of the sales organization and is the start of a growing career in sales, marketing or account management at Investis Digital, offering a highly motivated, intellectually curious problem solvers personal growth and a financial rewarding program.
BDR - What You'll Be Doing:
- Outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
- Identifying decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research, leveraging personas
- Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their needs and identify how we can help
- Manage outbound email campaigns (sequence prospecting, setup, response, reporting, optimization)
- Collaborate with our in-house HubSpot Marketing & Sales team for platform updates and enhancements
- Collaborate with our in-house digital marketing teams to manage and execute ID digital marketing projects
- Participating in sales and marketing team meetings and contribute valuable ideas
- Work towards monthly targets in line with personal and team goals
- Work with Sr. Sales to present Investis Digital's services and products to potential clients
BDR - About You:
- Experience in a business development, sales coordinator, or account management role
- Comfortable making cold calls and written introductions to C-Level decision makers
- Passion for sales development and customer service
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently and effectively communicate with clients at any time
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to learn new systems and tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to details
- A positive, can-do attitude, gritty and resilient
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is crucial
- Business savvy with the ability to think critically and strategically to determine the best solution for client
- Driven mentality with a hunger to learn new skills and a passion for growth
- Marketing agency experience, a plus
- Previous experience supporting sales in a B2B environment, preferred
