Opportunity Overview:

Competitive self-starter with SDR experience, managing processes, selling software, and working with midsize to large enterprise, across all industry verticals. Role will be based in at our HQ in Salt Lake City, UT

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand, position, and clearly articulate the value/benefits of R-Zero’s solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for regional Account Executives.
  • Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns using Outreach IO consisting of cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches.
  • Provide in-depth information to the sales team to enable the most qualified, productive meetings.
  • Research and evaluate target clients.
  • Focus on driving meetings and opportunities resulting in transactions >$500,000-$1M

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-4 years relevant work experience in outbound sales and/or a strong passion for sales as your primary career focus.
  • A proven track record of consistently hitting targets via phone and email.
  • A persuasive self-starter, a good listener while having a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce & Outreach are a plus.

Expectations

  • Track and manage each lead to the appropriate sequence template in Outreach.io.
  • 50 outbound calls per-day.
  • 100 emails per day.
