We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth in the Northern European market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new opportunities for the sales team. You’ll focus on identifying key decision-makers and crafting personalized outreach strategies to effectively communicate Checkout.com’s value proposition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance targets

  • Leverage creative strategies to engage and qualify prospects within targeted accounts

  • Develop a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s offerings to communicate their value effectively to potential merchants

  • Understand customers’ needs and challenges to tailor your approach

  • Stay informed on different industry trends and market dynamics to refine your prospecting techniques and drive meaningful conversations

  • Maintain organized records of your outreach efforts to ensure a structured approach and improve overall performance

  • Use various sales tools and techniques to build and manage relationships with prospects

  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing while continuously enhancing your knowledge.

  • Be proactive in seeking feedback and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth and sales skills

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Fluency in another language is an advantage (German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
