This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global technology organization by supporting sales initiatives and strengthening customer and supplier relationships across the electronics ecosystem. You will play a key part in identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic sales efforts within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help ensure alignment between customer needs and business objectives. Accountabilities

  • Support sales activities by identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and contributing to revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term business success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize profitability and align with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in customer meetings, supplier reviews, and field visits to strengthen engagement and support account development initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to the execution of sales plans, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and accurate pipeline management.
  • Support operational improvements by recommending process enhancements that improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience working with external clients and managing commercial relationships in a B2B environment.
    • Knowledge of the electronics industry is considered a strong advantage.
    • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
