As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Director at Zywave, you will lead the entire inbound & outbound business development/lead generation team. The BDR team is the tip of the spear for driving qualified leads to our sales organization, and enhances top of funnel efforts from the marketing organization. Successful candidates will be motivated by a data-driven, fast-paced SaaS business model.
What You Will Do
Create, execute, and refine our Outbound strategy for a multi-faceted team while owning your own headcount, quota and business planning for the BDR teams. Manage the sales pipeline qualification process to improve BDR cross-sell pipeline quality, working with sales to deliver consistent & predictable close rates You'll partner with senior sales leaders of various segments and effectively communicate lead generation goals relevant to each stakeholder. Collaborate with marketing team members to execute outbound campaigns and regularly deliver feedback regarding campaign effectiveness.

Factors for Success
- 10 years of corporate sales experience with at least 5 years in an outbound/BDR leadership role
- SaaS experience
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
- Strong Ability to manage in-person and virtual direct reports
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Intellectually humble team-player with a positive attitude, and leads with candor
- Ability to work hybrid schedule to work at our Milwaukee area office
