Overview

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Sales Manager on the progress of sales, leads and lead follow up.
- Client and prospects point of contact.
- Create strategies on how to communicate with current clients and prospects to get involved in their transactions.
- Responsible for the following: maintain a high level rating of customer satisfaction based on customer survey results; weekly call reports; expense reports
- Arrange client meetings, attend networking and conference events and met or exceed revenue generation goal.
- Keeps current with market trends and demands.
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Due to the nature of this role, travel, including overnight travel, is required.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 or more years of sales experience required with an established book of business.
- College degree required.
- Familiar with the following technology: Salesforce, MicroSoft Office Suite, Concur and Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Maintains strong working knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours
- Excellent business sense and judgment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up in a timely manner
Preferred:
- Title or settlement experience preferred.
