Business Development Representative Manager

We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing Sales team. After a year in the role, you will have developed our BDR squad into a proper team each with full outreach calendars and pipelines, created training for new hires, and advanced the integrity of our CRM. We’re looking forward to meeting coaches and managers with experience developing BDR teams at small companies. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult student in the U.S.

The BDR Manager will:

• Report to the Head of Sales
• Support Reps in building excellent sales outreach materials
• Standardize deal qualification and lead conversion funnels
• Develop an outreach playbook
• Hire and grow and coach our BDR team through group and 1:1 sessions

• 4+ years of experience managing BDR teams with medium to long sales cycles
• Experience working at a B2B Series A start up
• Experience building training manuals, playbooks, and other documentation
• An excellent coach - you love setting others up for success

and the following would be nice

• Experience in Mental Health or Higher Education

The salary range for this position is $110-130K
