This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on transforming how teams collaborate and run meetings through AI-powered technology. You will play a key role in generating pipeline, qualifying leads, and booking high-value meetings that directly contribute to revenue growth. Working closely with revenue leadership and go-to-market teams, you will help shape outbound strategies and refine sales playbooks in a high-performance, startup setting. The position blends high-volume outreach with strategic, insight-led discovery, requiring both persistence and intellectual curiosity. You will represent the company at industry events, build relationships across the market, and become a key voice in communicating product value. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert opportunities into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
  • Own the end-to-end process of booking meetings and driving pipeline creation across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve inbound strategy and lead conversion effectiveness.
  • Conduct structured, insight-driven discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, timelines, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential customers.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence and generate opportunities.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Requirements:

    • 1.5+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative or similar sales role.
    • Proven track record of strong performance and achieving or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels.
    • Strong resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to work.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
    • Ability to learn quickly, adapt feedback, and continuously improve performance.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
