Job Description

Join us as the Business Development Sales Manager in our small to medium-sized business market, and spearhead a dynamic BDR team to new heights. As a key player reporting to the Director of SMB Sales, you'll shape a high-performance culture, ensuring our customer satisfaction remains unmatched.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS technologies and services.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with Service/Implementation teams.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience.
  • 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing, selection, and training of BDR team members.
  • Evaluate and provide real-time feedback on performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SMB leadership for impactful BDR campaigns.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve excellence.
  • Own the SalesForce/HubSpot administration process for prospecting.
  • Represent SMB brands to customers and prospects as the sales authority.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate sales projects and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Execute a strategic Sales Plan to meet objectives.
  • Maintain strong relations with the leadership team.
  • Oversee SalesForce/HubSpot administration for prospecting.
  • Collaborate with direct sales and marketing for effective lead generation.
  • Set and track sales targets, analyze sales reports, and forecast sales.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance products and features.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies.
