Requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans based on market research and customer feedback
  • Creating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Using CRM systems to manage and report on sales activities and pipeline (Hubspot)

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry or niche
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of decision-makers
  • A customer-centric mindset and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the market
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to sales, and the ability to listen to different perspectives and find win-win solutions
