Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: Bromberg & Associates LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Language Access Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends potential clients and opportunities for business growth. Analyze competitors and provide insights for strategic planning.

  • Lead Generation: Identify qualify and pursue new business leads. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking cold calling and attending industry events.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals presentations and contracts to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and objectives.

  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics including lead generation conversion rates and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and innovations. Continuously seek ways to improve business development processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business development sales or a related role preferably within the language access industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements in the language access sector.
